Drinking Tea to lose weight

We have all heard of drinking tea to loose weight, but does it work?

Well as it turns out....it does, most everyone has heard of green tea and there is no question about it's health benefits. A few have heard of Oolong tea which is renowned for weight loss, white teas, black teas, and so on. There is however a, well I cannot say "new" tea because because the in China they have been drinking this special tea for many years.

Well I of course cannot say, and nor do I make any guarantees (you know i have to say that) but I can tell you I have lost 6 pounds in 8 days!
